I entered the wrong email address for my order, please help!
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Privel is not responsible for orders sent to the customer's incorrect delivery address.

What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
